To son-in-law Daniel Matthews late of Basingstoke, grocer, and Sarah the wife of John Vickery, execs, all my three freehold tenements or dwelling houses in Boars(?) Lane, Farnham, and all other real and personal estate, to permit my wife Sarah to take the rents, interest, etc, from the estates for her natural life, and immediately after her decease to sell the estates and give the monies equally between my son John Marriner, my daughter Sarah the wife of John Vickery, and my daughter Ann the wife of Daniel Matthews, share and share alike.

Witnesses: Thomas Inwood, Mary Stovold, Eliza Inwood
