Will of William Anthony late of Gunnersbury in the Parish of Ealing, Middlesex, farmer, but now of Dunn Lane Old Brentford in the Parish of Ealing, 15 Feb 1811. To friends Mr Jonathan Knevett of Ealing farmer and Mr John Hierons of Gunnersbury farmer, Execs, £1000 stock being part of my £2600 stock in the 5% in the Bank of England to permit my beloved sister Jane Seabrook to receive the interest every half year during her natural life, and after her decease I bequeath it as follows: to John Rice and his sister Jane Rice son and daughter of my nephew John Rice £100 stock each; to William Rice and his brother James Rice the two sons of my nephew William Rice £100 stock each at 21; to James Attfield and his brother William Attfield two sons of my late uncle Richard Attfield £100 stock each; to Richard Attfield the son of my late uncle George Attfield £100 stock; to my godson Jonathan William Knevett of Ealing £100 stock; to my godson William Hierons of Gunnersbury £100 stock; to Sarah Moulder servant now living with me £100 stock; to Elizabeth Harriot Rice daughter of my nephew William Rice now living with me the other £1000 stock the interest to pay for her board and lodging or clothes as Execs think proper until 21; copyhold cottage or tenement where I now live in Dunn Lane in Old Brentford and my household furniture to be disposed of after my stster's decease; silver plate and china and my late wife's clothes to Elizabeth Harriot Rice to be taken care of by my friend Mr James Gatty of Tooley Street pawnbroker until 21, and if she died before 21 I give the whole of the property to my nephew James Rice son of my sister Mary Rice; to my nephew and niece James Rice and his sister Elizabeth Harriot Goodburn at Ramsgate Kent £540 and also my leasehold house in Queen Street Margate now upon lease to William Sutton Taylor; to my two nephews John Rice and William Rice being the two sons of my late sister Mary Rice £10 each; to William Rice my nephew and his son William Rice all my wearing apparel.
